Tonya Update

The doctor says Tonya has a blood stream infection and the bacteria is growing Enterococcus. He said she will have to be on IV antibiotics for two or three weeks and he is going to call the infection control doctor. He said the infection appears to have gotten into her blood stream from a urinary infection. He also said it appears there may be some colitis going on and possibly Chrones disease. He said the colonoscopy would either confirm or rule out Chrones disease and or ulcerative colitis. I will send another update after the tests are completed later today. Brian
