Tonya Returns to Stringfellow Hospital
Welcome to day one of yet another hospital stay.
Tonya has been throwing up all weekend and last night she began to run a fever. It was 101.6 all night long. This morning she called the doctor to see if he would call her in different antibiotic. He said since she had such a high fever and had been throwing up all weekend he needed to put her back into the hospital to make sure her potassium level is okay and to go ahead and get another urine culture because the VRE may be back as well. Who knows how long this one will be but I am not allowing her to go home until I know she is well. She is in Stringfellow room 317. The number is 256-235-8317.
